Getting ready for the harvest

Have you ever heard anyone throwing a graduation party when he hasn't even written second semester exams? You will definitely think that the person is crazy. When I went for my internship interview, there were some girls that came for the interview who we realised were still students and just came for the experience. I was surprised and wondered what on earth they were thinking of. I knew that when I was in their shoes, I was thinking of how to pass my exams and become a doctor not getting experience for housejob interviews. The bible says that the just shall live by faith. He also describes God as he who calls things that are not as though they were. In Isaiah when the children of Israel were still in captivity, he asked them to 'Sing unto God and shout for joy. Enlarge the place of your tent, make your tents large, spread out and think big, no holding back...'. There's something about stepping out in faith and making a move based on Gods promises. Throw a party like you've seen what you are expecting. Start rejoicing and thanking God daily for his blessing even if your present reality is saying something else. God is faithful, if he says enlarge the place of your tent, he means it and he's ready to supply you with an abundance which your current capacity cannot contain. Trust in God and obey whatever he's telling you today. The harvest will surely come and you need capacity to contain it.
